
Subsistence and Travel Costs
For students
The costs of accomodation and meals (substitence costs) for students in the program are co-funded with 20 euros per day. The subsistence costs must be calculated from the daily amount: daily subsistence rate defined by Table below, multiplied by the number of days eligible for subsistence (including travel days and weekend days without subject-related activities). Students have to participate in the IP for its entire duration.

The travel costs for students participating in the program are co-financed by the Erasmus program. The subsistence rates for student’s travel costs are defined by Table below.

For teaching staff
The subsistence costs must be calculated from the daily amount: daily subsistence rate defined by Table below, multiplied by the number of days eligible for subsistence (including travel days and weekend days without subject-related activities). The rates are calculated only for days spent in the Summer school program or in accordance with their teaching activities as described in the plan.
